The Paper Gardens

I've been reading since I was 3, and I haven't seen any reason to stop. I'll read pretty much anything I can get my hands on, though I will admit to a crippling addiction to fantasy and YA books.

How to Talk to Girls at Parties (eBook Original)

How to Talk to Girls at Parties (eBook Original) - Neil Gaiman I've already read "How to Talk to Girls at Parties" in Fragile Things, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to have a Kindle version of the story itself.

I was trying to figure out why the book was so long, when the story ended at only 40% or so. I flipped the page, and saw why.

Most of the book is actually a promotional excerpt from Ocean at the End of the Lane.

I sat and argued with myself. Surely it was cheating not to read all the way to the end of the book. I couldn't very well count it as complete if I left off at only 40%. But then, it was only an excerpt - I've already been dying to read Ocean, and getting just a small taste of it would just make my craving for the book worse.

Finally, I gave in and read it.

I need that book.
