I've been reading since I was 3, and I haven't seen any reason to stop. I'll read pretty much anything I can get my hands on, though I will admit to a crippling addiction to fantasy and YA books.

What to Expect When You're Expecting

What to Expect When You're Expecting - Heidi Murkoff, Sharon Mazel Aside from the book's assumption that all women have cozy office jobs that they can just work from home, or are able to take long periods of time off pre-labor (no mention at all about a woman being the sole source of income for the household - husband *must* have an office job in all marriages!), What to Expect When You're Expecting was pretty informative.

I'm one of those people who actually feel better knowing the millions ways things *can* go wrong, just on the off chance that one of them actually happens. Reading about all of the various problems that could occur also made me feel better that so far in my pregnancy, none of them HAVE occurred.
