I've been reading since I was 3, and I haven't seen any reason to stop. I'll read pretty much anything I can get my hands on, though I will admit to a crippling addiction to fantasy and YA books.

I seem to have moved on from free Amazon smut, and found the stash of free Amazon books that are incredibly depressing.Everything about this book is depressing. The main characters are depressing, their choices and actions are depressing...but, it's all done for a reason. It's not just an incredibly sad story of two half-Orc brothers...it's the story of their eventual redemption. And with that lofty goal in mind, the children slaughtering doesn't seem quite as horrible.
It's nice to see a story from the perspective of the "bad guys". You see all these fantasy stories about elves, humans and dwarves...orcs are always the enemy. This story was a breath of fresh air.
This is definitely a series I'm going to have to start following.
