How to Work for Yourself: 100 Ways to Make the Time, Energy and Priorities to Start a Business, Book or Blog - Bryan Cohen Not quite what I was expecting. Most of the advice provided is common sense - if you want more time in your day, watch less TV, go to sleep and don't just lay there, wake up a bit earlier, eat breakfasts that don't require you to cook a gourmet meal. Also, outsource as much of your day as you possibly can, whether by getting loved ones to do your chores for you, or hiring a professional.

The book kept stopping every couple of chapters to remind you that the author has 30 books he's published, and that you can get a discount on the author's course if you follow the link that the book provides. It got obnoxious after the third time the book stopped to remind me of those facts.
